What is MyChom?

MyChom is a personal training platform with two dedicated apps — one for personal trainers (MyChom Trainer) and one for their clients (MyChom). Trainers use it to manage sessions, invoices, and client progress. Clients use it to track their fitness journey, view upcoming sessions, and stay connected with their trainer.

Who is MyChom for?

MyChom is built for independent personal trainers and fitness coaches who want to run their business more efficiently, and for their clients who want visibility into their training progress. It's not designed for large gyms or group fitness — it's purpose-built for the one-on-one training relationship.

Is MyChom available on iOS and Android?

Yes. Both the MyChom Trainer app and the MyChom client app are available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). There is also a web version for clients accessible via a browser.

Pricing & Plans

How much does MyChom cost?

MyChom Trainer is available on an annual subscription. The MyChom client app is completely free — clients are invited by their trainer and never need to pay a subscription.

Do clients need to pay anything?

No. The MyChom app for clients is always free to download and use. Any fees your trainer charges for their services are managed separately through the invoicing feature — MyChom does not take a cut of those payments.

Can I try MyChom before subscribing?

We may offer a free trial period for the trainer app — check the App Store or Google Play listing for current trial offers. Eligibility is determined at our discretion.

How does billing work?

The trainer subscription is billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You'll receive a reminder before your renewal date. You can cancel any time through your device's subscription settings.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. Your data remains accessible for export for a period after cancellation. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Trainer Features

How do I add clients to MyChom?

From the MyChom Trainer app, you can invite clients by email. They'll receive an invitation to download the MyChom app and connect with you. Once connected, you can view their profile, schedule sessions, and track their progress.

How does invoicing work?

You can create and send professional invoices directly from the trainer app. Invoices are generated as PDFs and sent to your client within the app. You track payment status, view revenue reports, and export records — all from one place. MyChom is not a payment processor; actual payments are arranged between you and your client.

Can I set my own cancellation policy?

Yes. You can define your own cancellation and rescheduling policies within your trainer profile. These policies are shown to clients so expectations are clear from the start.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The MyChom Trainer app includes a CSV export feature so you can export client and session data at any time. We also support PDF export for individual invoices and reports.

Health & Privacy

Does MyChom integrate with Apple Health or Google Health Connect?

Yes. With your permission, MyChom can read health data from Apple Health (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android), including step count, heart rate, calories burned, body weight, sleep data, and exercise records. This integration is optional — you can use MyChom without it.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your health data is used only to display your metrics within MyChom. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing. You can revoke health data access at any time through your device's privacy settings (iOS Settings → Health, or Android Settings → Health Connect).

Is MyChom a medical service?

No. MyChom is a fitness management platform, not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any health concerns.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from within the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Invoice records may be retained for longer periods to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
